BRITISH COLUMBIA - CLINE MINING CORP. of Vancouver is readying two new metallurgical coal mines for production beginning the first quarter of 2006. Both contain coal suitable for pulverized coal injection (PCI) as well as coking coal grades.

The Lossan project is located in the northeastern part of British Columbia. Initial production will be 250,000 tonnes/year and increasing to 1.0 million tonnes. Sufficient reserves have been outlined to support production for 20 years.

The Lodgepole project is located in the southeastern part of British Columbia, near Crows Nest Pass. Again, initial production will be 250,000 tonnes/year, but it will eventually reach 2.0 million tonnes. The property contains an estimated 83.5-million-tonne resource.

Cline has also proposed an exploration program for its Crown Mountain project, near the Lodgepole development and adjacent to the Elkview coal mine.

Additional details of these projects and transportation of the coal are available at www.ClineMining.com.
