MEXICOCapstone Mining of Vancouver has looked at the latest reserve estimates for its Cozamin copper mine in Zacatecas State and decided it can produce 33 million lbs of payable copper per year for the next eight years. Proven and probable reserves total 8.1 million tonnes grading 1.66% Cu, 1.10% Zn, 0.29% Pb and 39.6 g/t Ag.

 

The third phase of expansion was recently completed at the Cozamin mill. It has a nominal capacity of 3,000 t/d.
