RANKIN INLET, Nunavut Two additional kimberlites have been discovered at the Churchill Diamond project, a joint venture of SHEAR MINERALS (of Edmonton), NORTHERN EMPIRE MINERALS (of Vancouver) and BHP BILLITON. The new discoveries are named Kalluk-3 and Kalluk-4. This brings to five the total number of kimberlites found at the project.

The current drill program will test at least 15 of the 217 geophysical targets identified on the property. Kimberlite is being collected to obtain a representative microdiamond sample. The project is owned 14% by BHP Billiton, 35% by Northern Empire Minerals and 51% by Shear Minerals, the operator. Check out the Shear Minerals web site at www.shearminerals.com for the annual meeting presentation containing complete details.
