LIVELY, Ontario SANDVIK TAMROCK's Underground Equipment division is proud to introduce the new Solo CMAC to its line of drills. This highly versatile machine is capable of longhole production, development, cable bolting, face drilling, parallel, drop raise, and fan drilling. Either pneumatic or hydraulic bases are available.
A partnership of Sandvik Tamrock and CMAC MANUFACTURING is responsible for the durable, modular design of the Solo CMAC. It can be taken apart to fit through a 76-cm raise or similar opening, and it works in a 2.5-m by 2.5-m heading or stope. It drills 180 without moving, a feature that cuts set-up time and thus boosts drilling accuracy and efficiency.
