LAS VEGAS – When InterDrone™ - the International Drone Conference & Exposition – was held last September, it drew 3,518 attendees from 54 different countries on six continents. The event featured 155 exhibitors and sponsors in more than 230 booths. FAA Administrator Michael P. Huerta gave the grand opening keynote speech to thousands gathered on the first day.
[caption id="attachment_1003716990" align="alignleft" width="300"] Last year’s InterDrone conference drew more than 3,500 attendees; the 2017 version promises to be even bigger.
“The second year of InterDrone leapt over every high bar that the first show had set,” said Ted Bahr, chairman of InterDrone. “Its success reflects the exciting growth in the commercial drone market and the strong desire of businesses to take part in it. More than 260 media and association partners have helped build InterDrone into the largest dedicated commercial UAV event in the world.”
This year’s event is scheduled for Sept. 6 to 8, again in Las Vegas. Canadian Mining Journal
will be among the proud media sponsors. The conference will feature topics for engineers, software developers, executives, investors, regulators and commercial drone “buyers and flyers” in more than a dozen vertical market segments.
The third InterDrone will undoubtedly be larger than the second. Organizers expect more than 4,000 attendees and at least 175 exhibitors. Please visit www.InterDrone.com
