REEDRILL has launched an online service that puts information about replacement parts at the fingertips of dealers while they are talking to their customers. No more "I’ll get back to you later." Users can access the Reedrill web site to check parts availability, pricing and to order online. Dealers are also using the site to monitor emergency parts orders from their branch offices, allowing them to track trends not evident otherwise.
The trial phase of Reedrill’s Online Customer Service began last summer, and the service was expanded and officially launched at the beginning of this month.
