TORONTO, Ontario Just in time for the Christmas season, GOLDCORP has declared a special dividend of US$0.10/share payable to shareholders of record on Jan. 6, 2004. And to give shareholders even more reasons to smile, the company has announced it will pay regular monthly dividends of US$0.015/share for a total annual dividend of US$0.18/share. The price of Goldcorp shares at 1:30 Wed., Dec. 17, was US$15.60 or Cdn$20.65.
According to Goldcorp's website (www.goldcorp.com), the value of US$100 invested in the company in 1993 would have reached US$3,294 on Dec. 12, 2003.
