ONTARIO - KIRKLAND LAKE GOLD continues to test the new, high-grade ore system south of the Main Break and its existing Macassa gold mine. Drilling from the 5300 level to test the Lower D North zone has intersected 126.7 g/t (3.70 opt) Au uncut over 12.4 m, including 1,840.8 g/t (53.71 opt) Au over 0.46 m. The intersection is located 6.1 m west of and 4.6 m above drill hole 50-740, which assayed 190.9 g/t uncut (5.57 opt) Au over a core length of 15.2 m.
