STEWART, British Columbia The Eskay Creek area, already home to one high-grade gold mine, is attracting attention from ST ANDREW GOLDFIELDS of Toronto. Its 42%-owned subsidiary, HERITAGE EXPLORATIONS, a 20-person camp was established at the end of June, and the drills are turning.

Heritage holds interests in approximately 117,000 acres near Barrick's Eskay Creek mine. The properties include the SIB claims adjacent to the existing mine. The claims have drilled up to 0.43 opt Au and 30 opt Ag over 46.9 feet. There are also the Glenfred claims and leases, Teuton joint ventures including Bonsai and Treat Creek, and the Heritage claims.

The 2003 summer program is being carried out under the supervision of Heritage's exploration manager, Gerry Bidwell. It includes not only drilling but development of two new geochemical targets and follow-up from last year's program.
