SASKATCHEWAN – The Greywacke North bulk sample that Golden Band Resources of Saskatoon took from the Greywacke Lake gold project 90 km north of La Ronge has yielded 2,242.5 oz of gold recovered as doré during test milling.

Golden Band mined an 18,000-tonnes bulk sample calculated to have a head grade of 8 g/t Au to the nearby Jolu mill. The mill processed 12,164 tonnes, and the head grade was reported to 6.87 g/t Au. Besides the doré bar, approximately 290.9 oz of gold remained in inventory in the mill circuits. The company puts gold recovery at 94.3% with 81.3% of the gold reporting to the gravity circuit.
