CASSIAR, British Columbia Plans are being made by CUSAC GOLD MINES of Vancouver to reopen the Table Mountain gold mine this year. The mine is located in the north-central part of the province.

The underground mine was operational for five years until it was placed on care-and-maintenance in 1999. The Table Mountain mine includes a 300-ton/day gravity/flotation mill. Cusac recently arranged a $3-million brokered private placement to be used to finance the reopening of the mine. The money is to be spent on underground development of outlined high-grade resources and for working capital.

Maps and details of the Table Mountain project are available at www.cusac.com.
