SOUTH MILWAUKEE, WISCONSIN BUCYRUS INTERNATIONAL is planning an initial public offering (IPO) of Class A common shares by the end of the third quarter 2004. The stocks will be listed on the NASDAQ National Market in the United States.
The proceeds from the offering, along with funds from a new senior secured credit facility, will be used to retire outstanding notes and bank debt, to satisfy other obligations, and for general corporate purposes.
