ONTARIO INMET MINING CORP. and AUR RESOURCES, both of Toronto, have agreed to terminate their proposed merger agreement. There were no technical or financial findings identified in the due diligence which led to the decision. The decision was mutual, according to an Inmet press release, no fees termination fees are payable, and the companies remain on amicable terms.
