PASADENA, California — Tetra Tech has expanded its reach into the Canadian market by acquiring Wardrop Engineering, which specializes in resource management, energy and infrastructure design. Wardrop has about 1,200 employees worldwide and revenue of approximately $120 million in fiscal 2008. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Tetra Tech is a provider of consulting, engineering, program management, construction and technical services for the resource and infrastructure industries. The company focuses on water, the environment and energy. It employs over 10,000 people around the globe.
