LIBERTY MINERAL EXPLORATION has announced the appointment of Keith Bullen and Larry Freedman to its board. Bullen, president of the BULLEN GROUP, is an expert in corporate finance and Canada-U.S. corporate liaison. He was formerly Liberty’s officer of corporate finance. Freedman is appointed both to the board and as Liberty’s secretary-treasurer. He previously held management positions with CLARKSON GORDON, YORKTON SECURITIES, CANADA CAPITAL, and UNION SECURITIES. Paul Matysek, MSc, PGeo, has been named to the board of MANDALAY RESOURCES CORP. of Vancouver. He was the manager of applied geochemistry and surficial geology for the BRITISH COLUMBIA GEOLOGICAL SURVEY from 1986 to 1996. Since 1997, Matysek has specialized in corporate development and financing for several exploration companies. Mandalay also announced the resignation of Wayne Yuen from its board.
