Dr. David Tyrwhitt has been appointed a director of TAHERA CORP. The company is pleased to have the counsel of an experienced hand in the diamond industry. Tahera is developing the Jericho diamond project in Nunavut and other properties in the Slave Craton.

WOLFDEN RESOURCES has named two new officers of the corporation. John Seaman is the new CFO, responsible for all of the company's fiscal operating results. He will also counsel senior management on fiscal control and profitability. Allan Ringler becomes the new Wolfden secretary. Wolfden is a Canadian mineral exploration company with offices in Thunder Bay, Ont.

DUMONT NICKEL has announced the appointment of Shahe F. Sabag, MSc, PGeo, as president and CEO. He replaces Steve McIntyre who had been president from 1991 until he recently resigned to pursue other interests. John Cullen has been appointed a director, and Lee Barker, PEng, named as a technical advisor. The Dumont board has approved the grating of 1.5 million incentive stock options exercisable at a price of 10 cents/share for officers and directors of the company.

Robert S. Wasylyshyn, PGeo, is the new president and COO and also a director of GOLD-ORE RESOURCES in Vancouver. He previously managed the exploration activities and gold discoveries of Radius Exploration and Mar-West Resources in Central America. Alvin Jackson, the previous president and COO of Gold-Ore, has resigned from that position but remains on the board.
