Rick Alexander has joined Vancouver-based ADANAC MOLYBDENUM CORP. as VP project development. He is a registered professional engineer in British Columbia with over 25 years experience in the development and operation of mining projects. His experience will be of significant benefit in the development of the world-class Ruby Creek project.

Arnie Hillier has retired as chairman of the board and director of Saskatoon, Sask.-based CLAUDE RESOURCES, effective December 31, 2006. He has been replaced as chairman by Josef Spross. Hillier has worked for Claude since 1991 as president and CFO, and then vice chairman, CEO and CFO until his retirement in 2004. He continued as vice chairman until April 2005 when he was appointed chairman. After managing Cameco's Key Lake operation for 15 years, Spross was appointed VP of uranium mining for Cameco in 1993. In 1996, Spross became the executive VP of Kumtor Operating Co. in the Kyrgyz Republic. From 1997 until his retirement in 1999, he ws Cameco's senior VP operations and COO. Spross joined the board of Claude in August 2006.

Henry (Hank) Giegerich has joined the board of Vancouver-based MANTLE RESOURCES. A former Cominco employee, he played leading roles in the development of Arctic mining projects, including Polaris, Red Dog, Black Angel and Pine Point.

NAUTILUS MINERALS of Vancouver has appointed Stephen Rogers to the position of director of projects. He will manage the development of the Solwara 1 undersea mining project in Papua New Guinea.
