CANADIAN ARROW MINES of Timmins, Ont., has added its president & CEO David Larche and its VP of exploration Dean MacEachern to its board of directors.

Vancouver-based FREEGOLD VENTURES announced that Colin Baird resigned his position as president at the end of June to pursue other business interests. He will continue to sit on the board. Until a replacement is found, chairman Harry Barr and VP of business development Kristina Walcott will share the duties of president.

Paul Nagerl is the new chief geologist at JAGUAR NICKEL of Toronto. He will spearhead Jaguar's exploration programs in Guatemala. Nagerl left Falconbridge to join Jaguar in November 20204.

Toronto-based MICON INTERNATIONAL has asked John Scott to join its team of geologists, mining engineers, metallurgists and environmental consultants as a senior project manager.

Newly restructured THISTLE MINING of Toronto has named Gerrit Maritz Kennedy its new CEO. He has over 20 years of hard rock mining experience in Africa, most recently as head of operations at Goldfield's Kloof mine. The company also announced that Johannes Graetz has been appointed CFO.
