Vancouver-based Rochester Resources has named Eduardo Luna president and CEO. Dr. Alfredo Parra will become COO and remain a director of the company. Luna has been a member of the Rochester board since August 2007 and is currently chairman of Silver Wheaton.
Vance White, who has over 35 years of experience in the finance and junior mining industry, has been elected to the board of Tawsho Mining, located in Concord, Ont.
