Robert Sibthorpe is bringing over 30 years experience to his new position as COO and director of Vancouver's SONORA GOLD. The company was formerly known as International Coromandel Resources, and the name change will take effect in the near future.
ASHTON MINING of Vancouver has named G. Bernard Coulombe to its board of directors. He worked for more than 30 years at the Jeffrey asbestos mine in Quebec, rising to be president and COO from 1991 to 2002. He also sits on the boards of Placer Dome and Niocan.
