Gerry E. Bidwell has become the new exploration manager for Vancouver's HERITAGE EXPLORATIONS, which is 42%-owned by ST ANDREW GOLDFIELDS. Bidwell will head up Heritage's exploration efforts at its Eskay Creek, B.C., properties.

BOULDER MINING CORP. of Vancouver is pleased to appoint Bradley T. Aelicks, B.Sc Geology, as its new VP of corporate finance. Aelicks is known for his success in raising capital for junior companies since 1987. He is a graduate of Laurentian University.

BOLIDEN AB of Stockholm has made two changes to its management board. Jan Ohman is now CFO, having previously been the company's controller in the Toronto office. Svante Nilsson will become VP mining operations effective August 2003. He has been VP production at Atlas Copco Secoroc.

Robert Rainey has rejoined DIAMONDWORKS LTD. as its CFO and director. He held the same position at the company from June 1999 to March 2001, but served as CFO for SOUTHERNERA RESOURCES for the last two years.

DOFASCO INC. has appointed Donald A. Pether president and CEO, replacing John Mayberry who retired following the annual meeting. Pether joined Dofasco in 1970, rising to the position of COO in 2002. Brian Aranha becomes the new COO. Brian MacNeill, who has been a board member since 2001, was named chairman.

EVERTON RESOURCES of Vancouver has elected Ron Little, P.Eng, to its board. Little is founder, president and CEO of OREZONE RESOURCES.
