Formerly of KLGold, he will guide the company as it advances its Goliath gold project in Ontario.   Critical Elements Corp. of Montreal has named Dr. Steffen Haber as its president. He was formerly the CEO and president of Rockwood Lithium until it was acquired by Albemarle. Stavros Daskos is the new CEO of Vancouver-based Encanto Potash Corp. He is also the company’s president and a director. Vancouver’s Integra Gold Corp. has added Raynald Vezina to its board of directors. He lead the construction and operation of eight mines in Quebec between 1980 and 1995. He is a  graduate of Laval University’s mining engineering program. Following the recent business combination with Newmarket, Kirkland Lake Gold says it has named Philip Yee executive VP and CFO. PNG Gold Corp. of Vancouver has appointed George Davison as president of the company. He graduated from the University of Western Ontario as a civil engineer and worked on major construction projects in Canada and North Africa. He also holds an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business. The board of Silver Spruce Resources of Bridgewater, NS, announced the appointment of Karl J. Boltz as president and CEO. He will also sit on the board.
