NEW POLL – Should mines report GHG emissions?

The Climate Registry is the subject of this week's editorial. This NGO is asking industries to voluntarily report the greenhouse gas emissions from their different operations. Should mines, concentrators, smelters and refineries volunteer these numbers? We want to hear your opinion. The poll question last week was: 'Is acquisition or exploration the better way to increase the size of a mining company?' Most voters (72%) said that exploration was the way to go, while 28% preferred acquisition. Thanks very much for sharing your opinions.
