MANITOBA - CROWFLIGHT MINERALS of Toronto has purchased a used concentrator for its Bucko Lake project in the Thompson Nickel Belt. The deal includes the plant building, primary SAG mill, regrind ball mill, 35-t overhead crane, flotation cells, various cyclones and conveyances, and the concentrate dryer.

Crowflight has agreed to pay $1.5 million over five months until the end of 2006 and issue 1.67 million common shares of Crowflight to the vendor. Buying used equipment represents a $2.0-million saving over new equipment, says the company. The mill will be erected in time for mining to begin at Bucko Lake by the end of 2007.

Further information about Crowflight and its properties is available on the company's website at www.Crowflight.com.
