ATLIN, British Columbia The assays are in from the 2003 drill program on REDFERN RESOURCES' Tulsequah project in the northwestern part of the province. Results from holes TCU03088 through TCU03092 have expanded the extent of a previously-unknown massive sulphide lens above and west of the main deposit. Hole TCU03091 intersected a 5.5-m interval that assayed 5.72% Zn, 0.47% Cu, 0.55 g/t Au, and 11.5 g/t Ag.

Previously, the Tulsequah Chief resources were estimated at 5.94 million tonnes measured and indicated which grade 2.59 g/t Au, 107.41 g/t Ag, 1.42% Cu, 6.72% Zn, and 1.26% Pb. There is also an inferred resource of 3 million tonnes with similar grades. Redfern is hoping to reopen the two former mines on the property. The Project Approval Certificate was awarded to Redfern for Tulsequah Chief at the end of 2002.

Further information is available from the Redfern website (www.redfern.bc.ca) or the site belonging to its parent company, REDCORP (www.redcorp-ventures.com).
