TORONTOSprott Molybdenum Participation Corp. has distributed its assets to its shareholders and changed its name to Cadomin Capital Corp. Cadomin plans to list its common shares on the TSX Venture Exchange.

 

The reorganization included changes to its management and board. Darryl Coates is the new president and CEO. He replaces Eric Sprott who has resigned from all his roles with the company. Alan Ross and Robert Millar have been offered seats on the board to replace Donald Davidson and James T. Roddy. Kevin Rooney remains on the board.
