Rotex technicians will carefully disassemble all components of the machine and evaluate the necessary parts to be replaced along with those parts that can be reconditioned. Such components include: top cover, screen box, screen frames, bottom pan, and drive head. Once all of the parts have been replaced or reconditioned, Rotex will reassemble the machine and deliver it back to the client.
Not only can Rotex replace or recondition Rotex screener parts, they can upgrade them as well. Upgrades can include: compensating clamps, new automatic tensioning screen frames, new top covers, improved sealing, and more.
