LABRADOR - AURORA ENERGY RESOURCES of Vancouver reports that the five most recent drill holes at its Jacques Lake deposit have intersected uranium mineralization and allowed the company to expand the deposit 50 metres along strike and more than 150 metres down-plunge. The Jacques Lake deposit, in the Central Mineral Belt, is wholly owned by Aurora.

The best assays were 0.13% U3O8 over 36.5 metres in hole JL07-066, 0.16% U3O8 over 12.0 metres in hole JL07-070, and 0.11% U3O8 over 12.0 metres in hole JL07-065.

An updated resource estimate is expected in January 2008. In 2006, the numbers included 5.4 million lb of U3O8 in the indicated category and 5.0 million lb in the inferred category.

Aurora is advancing its several properties (Michelin, Jacques Lake, Inda Lake) in the Central Mineral Belt toward the pre-feasibility stage. See www.Aurora-Energy.ca.
