QUEBEC - Drilling at the Matoush project, wholly owned by STRATECO RESOURCES of Montreal, has intersected 1.97% U3O8 (39 lb/ton) over 6.7 metres in the CBF horizon. The property is in the Otish Mountains. Strateco says drilling in the AM-15 area has indicated the presence of interesting uranium mineralization over a distance of more than 300 metres, with a core distance of 160 metres. The AM-15 horizon remains open both to the north and to the south.

Strateco recently began its summer work with a major ground exploration project over the entire 23-km length of the Matoush property. The company has also begun a scoping study.

Photos of the drill core from the fault zone at Matoush are posted at www.StratecoInc.com.
