MISSISSAUGA, Ont. - KOMATSU CANADA has added two new models, the WA450-6 and the WA480-6, to its fleet of wheel loaders. Both feature fuel efficiency and maximum productivity, a new large cab, easy operation, and easy maintenance for a reliable machine.
The WA450-6 has a net horsepower of 203 kW, an operating weight between 22,190 kg and 22,421 kg and a dumping clearance of 3,124 mm when equipped with a 4.2-m general purpose bucket.
The WA480-6 has a net horsepower of 223 kW, an operating weight of between 24,585 kg and 24,870 kg and a dumping clearance of 3,200 mm when equipped with a 4.6-m general purpose bucket.
The machines are equipped with the latest Komtrax fleet monitoring technology, which sends the machine operating information to a secure website utilizing wireless technology. Hour meter, location, cautions and maintenance alerts (to name a few of its features) are relayed to the web application for analysis.
The machines are equipped with the exclusive Komatsu equipment management monitoring system. The easy-to-read monitor keeps the operator informed of all machine functions, including fluid and filter change intervals and troubleshooting memory display functions. A reversible automatic hydraulic radiator fan allows the operator to quickly clean out the cooling system at preset intervals or with the flip of a switch.
