CHILE Toronto-based BREAKWATER RESOURCES has released good grades for the Concordia deposit at its El Toqui mine. Indicated and inferred resources total 1.87 million tonnes averaging 10.0% Zn, 5.2% Pb and 68 g/t Ag. The deposit is open to the south and southeast, and drilling will continue later this year and next.

The mineralization of the Concordia deposit differs from other areas of the property. It contains higher grades of both lead and silver, which may be recovered as by-products. Details of the Concordia drilling program are posted in the News Releases at www.Breakwater.ca.

The El Toqui mine is located about 1,350 km south of Santiago. During 2004 it produced 27,190 tonnes of zinc and 27,865 oz of gold in concentrates. Proven and probable reserves at the end of last year were 2.57 million tonnes averaging 7.4% Zn and 2.0 g/t Au.
