GOLD MILLING: Holt mill to process ore from Black Fox mine

ONTARIO — Toronto-based St Andrew Goldfields has agreed to begin custom milling ore from Apollo Gold's Black Fox mine at St Andrew's Holt mill near Timmins. Approximately 100,000 tonnes of Black Fox ore will be treated.

The mill is undergoing minor refurbishment and upgrades in preparation for treating ore from St Andrew's Holloway mine in Q4 2009. The upgrades include installation of an operating control system, cleaning and testing all motors, bearings and repairs to the refinery furnace. The Holt mill has a throughput of 3,000 t/d.
