TORONTO – Agnico Eagle Mines and Yamana Gold completed the arrangement by which they jointly acquired 100% of the issued and outstanding common shares of Osisko Mining Corp. of Montreal.
Agnico and Yamana now each own 50% of Osisko and have formed a joint committee to operate the Canadian Malartic gold mine in Quebec.

Osisko Gold Royalties, holder of a net smelter return royalty on the Canadian Malartic mine as well as other royalty and exploration interests, says its shares are now trading on the TSX under the symbol OR.
