SUDBURY, ONTARIO – The Ontario Prospectors Association has awarded its 2013 Ontario Prospector Award to Probe Mines Ltd. of Toronto for its Borden gold discovery. The award went to the exploration team that included David Palmer, Jack Robert, and Mike Tremblay. The award was made on Nov. 5, 2013.

"We are honoured to receive this award from the Ontario Prospectors Association for the Borden Gold Project," said David Palmer, president and CEO of Probe Mines. "It is a validation of the dedication and excellent work that the Probe team has done in advancing the Borden gold project into one of the premier new gold projects in Ontario."

The Borden gold discovery was made in 2010 in Cochrane Township of Ontario. At the beginning of this year and using a 0.5 g/t Au cut-off, the indicated resource was 112.85 million tonnes grading 1.02 g/t Au (3.67 million contained oz) and an inferred resource of 18.04 tonnes at 1.08 g/t Au (625,000 contained oz).
