CONTRACT: Hatch to do NICO detailed engineering and design

NORTHWEST TERRITORIES – Fortune Minerals of London, ON, has awarded the detailed engineering and design contract for its NICO gold-cobalt-bismuth-copper project 160 km northwest of Yellowknife to Hatch Ltd. The contractor will address overall co-ordination of engineering for the open pit mine, underground mine, ore handling and storage, processing plant and facilities, concentrate production, storage and loading, tailings management, site support structures, water and power supplies, camp facilities, and all civil road and drainage designs needed to begin construction.
