Paul Ogilvie, former CEO of Mega Graphite, has been appointed the CEO of Bolero Resources of Vancouver. Former Bolero president and CEO R. Bruce Duncan has stepped aside, taking the role of executive chairman instead.

Brigadier Gold of Toronto has named Denis Hayes its new president and CEO as well as a board member. Recently, his career focused on Tanzania and Mozambique.

Finning International has named Juan Carlos Villegas, currently president of Finning South America, to the newly created position of executive VP and COO. He will work from the company’s head office in Vancouver.

The Mining Suppliers Association of British Columbia (MSABC) welcomes Mike Ranallo, VP international sales and marketing for SMS Equipment, as its new chairman. The MSABC comprises suppliers, contractors and consultants to the provincial mining industry. Its members are committed to promoting the sustainability of the resource sector.

Zazu Metals Corp. of Vancouver has named Robert F. Giustra to the board. He has founded, developed and managed publicly traded mining companies since 1992. Giustra currently serves as the CEO of Columbus Gold and holds board positions with a number of other publicly traded entities.
