MINING PEOPLE: Largo Resources, Northcliff, and Pitchblack

Largo Resources of Toronto has named a new COO. He is Michael Mutchler, former COO of Rainy River Resources. He holds a BSc in mining engineering from South Dakota School of Mines, and MBA from Webster University, and an executive JD degree from Concord School of Law.

Kelly Boychuk has jointed Vancouver-based Northcliff Resources as VP engineering. He will join the team advancing the Sisson tungsten-molybdenum project near Fredericton, NB. He has successful experience with the federal Canadian environmental assessment process and First Nations impact benefits agreements.

Toronto's Pitchblack Resources welcomes Josh Van Deurzen as its president, CEO and a member of the board. He holds MBA and JD from the University of Toronto.
