BRITISH COLUMBIA – Vancouver-based Huldra Silver has received both its mining lease and a BC Mines Act permit for the mining and reclamation plans at its Treasure Mountain silver-zinc-lead mine along with an amended permit for the construction and operation of a mill at Merritt.

The plan is to mine the underground deposit at a rate of 60,000 t/y. The ore is to be milled offsite at the 200-t/d mineral processing plant. The technical report produced in 2011 lists non-NI-43-101-complant “proven and probable reserves” of 135,245 tonnes grading 968 g/t Ag, 4.58% Pb and 5.23% Zn as well as “possible resources” of 148,000 tonnes.

The historic mine operated sporadically since the deposit was discovered in 1892. Additional information about Treasure Mountain is available at HuldraSilver.com.
