SASKATCHEWAN – Forum Uranium Corp. has wrapped up the 2014 winter drill program at the Northwest Athabasca joint venture property that lies on the northwest margin of the basin. About 2,900 metres were drilled in 13 holes on five targets, and the work confirmed historic high grade mineralization drilled by previous operators.

Three of the five exploration target – Otis West, Zone A and Maurice Bay East –returned positive results. Drilling at Otis West has extended the mineralized strike length to 70 metres from 50 metres and remains open to the east. Assays are pending.

The latest results from the NWA JV project will be reviewed with Forum's joint venture partners with the intent of planning a follow-up drill program.

The joint venture partners are Forum Uranium (32% and operator), Nexgen Energy (32%), Cameco Corp. (23.5%) and Areva Resources Canada (12.5%).

Location and gravity maps of the Northwest Athabasca project are available at ForumUranium.com.
