FEASIBILITY: Stornoway awards Renard study

QUEBEC - Stornoway Diamond Corp. of Vancouver has awarded SNC-Lavalin the lead contract for the Renard diamond project feasibility study. The contract covers principal mine design and engineering. AMEC Americas will be retained to provide diamond mining and processing expertise as a subcontractor.

The Renard project is a 50:50 joint venture of Stornoway and SOQUEM. In March 2010, Stornoway released the Renard preliminary economic assessment. Details of that are available in CMJ's Net News dated March 24, 2010, or at www.StornowayDiamonds.com.
