YUKON - Vancouver's Golden Predator has completed a $22.7-million bought deal private placement with which to advance exploration and development of its gold properties in Yukon. The company sold approximately 16.7 million flow-through shares at a price of $0.90 each and 10.4 million units at a price of $0.75 per unit. Each unit consists of one share and one-half of one transferable common share purchase warrant. The offering was underwritten by Dundee Securities and Casimir Capital.

Golden Predator has three advanced and six pipeline prospects as well as other exploration landholdings in the Yukon. Aggressive drill programs and initial resource estimates for the Grew Creek and Clear Creek properties are planned; the resource estimate for the Brewery Creek project is to be updated; and initial drilling will be conducted at the Harlan project. Brewery Creek is the site of a former heap leach operation.

Details of Golden Predator's many projects are available at www.GoldenPredator.com.
