The NWT and Nunavut Chamber of Mines has proposed new towns, roads, railways and power plants in the hopes of encouraging mine development in the territories.

Last week: We asked CMJ readers whether or not they thought small nuclear generators could be a viable power option for remote mine sites. Seven out of ten respondents said "yes". The rest were split 12% for "maybe" and 17% for "no".
