The company generated revenues of around SEK 170 million in 2025, with a strong EBITA margin. The acquisition will have an accretive impact on Sandvik's EBITA margin. Both parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price. They expect the transaction to close during the second quarter of 2026, subject to customary regulatory approvals.
