IN-PERSON: Round Table with H.E. Akylbek Kamaldinov, Ambassador to the Republic of Kazakhstan to Canada

You are hereby invited to participate in the upcoming Round Table with H.E. Akylbek Kamaldinov, the Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Canada in Toronto, organized by the Canada Eurasia Chamber of Commerce (CECC).

Over the last three decades, Kazakhstan and Canada have produced a solid framework for developing economic cooperation, including trade and investment. As a result, a trade turnover between the countries reached $620 million CAD in 2021 (the highest figure in the last six years). Additionally, about 150 Canadian companies are currently operating in Kazakhstan, and the number is constantly growing.

This event aims to inform the Canadian business community about new export development opportunities in Kazakhstan and connect the technology, equipment and service providers with potential Kazakh buyers. The program includes the following agenda:
• Round Table brief with the Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan Senior Trade Commissioner of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Canada;
• Information about the upcoming Kazakhstan Canada Business Council (KCBC) and how to participate in the Working Groups activities;
• 30min Networking Session;
• Opportunity to set a one-on-one meeting with the Ambassador.
