ACQUISITION: Two B.C. juniors merge

Auryn Resources Inc., and Homestake Resource Corporation have announced that the two companies have entered into a binding letter of agreement to which Auryn will acquire 100% of the Homestake shares. One of the keys to the agreement is the Homestake Ridge Project, 100% owned by Homestake. The project covers approximately 3600 ha within the Iskut-Stewart-Kitsault belt, NW British Columbia.
