BRITISH COLUMBIA — Vancouver-based International Wayside Gold Mines plans to being mining the West zone at the QR mine in February 2010. Work will commence as soon as Wayside completed the acquisition of the QR mine and mill from 0373849 B.C. Ltd (formerly Cross Lake Minerals). Ore will be stockpiled in anticipation of restarting the 900-t/d mill.

Built in 1994 near Quesnel, the QR mine and mill was originally operated by Kinross Gold. The property produced 118.084 oz of gold from May 1995 to April 1998 before it was closed. Cross Lake acquired the property in 2004 and reopened it in 2007.

Wayside has several other potential or former gold producers in British Columbia. Learn more at www.Wayside-Gold.com.
