Last week: CMJ readers are decidedly pro-mining, if their opinion on last week's Hot Topic is to be believed. We asked if they favour pushing ahead with northern infrastructure in the hope of encouraging exploration and mine development in the territories. Overwhelmingly, 88% of our readers said "yes, the sooner the better." Eight per cent said "maybe" and only 3% said "no."
