Todd Bruce has joined the board at Vancouver-based Amarillo Gold. He has held senior management and board positions with Anglo Platinum, IamGold and Crystallex.

Greystar Resources of Vancouver has named Steve B. Kesler as president and CEO. A resident of the United Kingdom, Kesler will serve as an international consultant to the company until a Canadian work permit is secured. He will then reside in Vancouver.

The directors of Montreal-based MDN Inc. have named Serge Bureau president, CEO and a director of the company. He holds geological engineering and masters of science degrees from the University of Quebec in Chicoutimi. Formerly with Barrick Gold, Bureau was responsible for that company's long-term underground mine planning.

Mindoro Resources of Edmonton has named former Asian Lion president and current Mindoro director John Dugdale to the positions of president and CEO. Tony Climie has resigned those positions and will become director of exploration.

The new president and CEO of Radisson Mining Resources of Rouyn-Noranda, QC, is Michel David, a graduate of McGill University in 1975.

Toronto's Strategic Resource Acquisition Corp. had modified its management team with the appointments of Terence Chandler as executive VP, Terrence Byberg as COO, and Peter Calder as a director.
