The new CEO of Ritchie Brothers is Ravi Saligram. He will take over from Peter Blake on July 7, 2014. Saligram's 35-year professional career includes three years as president and CEO of OfficeMax and more than 20 years of general management experience at Aramark, Intercontinental Hotels Group, and SC Johnson. Ritchie Bros. has its head office in Vancouver.

Solvista Gold Corp. of Toronto has named Bruce Durham to succeed Miller O'Prey as president and CEO of the company. Durham is also a director.
