CIM AWARD: Kirkham honoured with JC Sproule plaque

VANCOUVER - Garth Kirkham, principal at Kirkham Geosystems of Burnaby, BC, was awarded the JC Sproule Memorial Plaque in recognition of a long standing dedication to the development and practical utilization of 3-D geological and geostatistical modelling for northern mining projects from the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum. The award was made earlier this month at the institute's annual meeting.

Kirkham is also VP of industry liaison for Geoscience BC. He holds professional designations in BC (APEGBC), Alberta and Northwest Territories and Nunavut. He is also a director Romios Gold, Kivalliq Energy, Lomiko Metals and Duncastle Gold.
